Features
Everything the show needs, in one place.
Tickets, booths, the floor plan, the website, the money and the door. Built for organizers who run more than one event, and for the people who help them.
Tickets
Sell every kind of admission.
From a free RSVP to a three-day VIP pass with a dinner attached, on a checkout that lives on your site.
Ticket types
Name, price, how many, how many per order, and a sales window. Hidden types unlocked by a code for speakers, press and partners.
Packages
Bundle a pass with a workshop, a dinner or a parking spot at one price. Exhibitor packages add a booth and sponsor perks.
Add-ons
Parking, merch, electricity, an extra table, Wi-Fi — offered at checkout to attendees, exhibitors or both.
Promo codes
Percent or fixed, limited to certain tickets, capped, dated, and able to reveal hidden tickets.
Day passes
A ticket valid on chosen dates of a multi-day event; the scanner refuses it on any other day.
Checkout questions
Dietary needs, company, T-shirt size — your questions, required or not, with a name per ticket if you want one.
Holds that expire
Inventory is held while someone checks out and released if they don’t finish, so nothing oversells.
Taxes and fees, shown right
Tax per event; the fee absorbed or passed on; every price on the page all-in when the buyer pays it.
Booths & exhibitors
Sell the floor, run the vendors.
Booth types with prices, a map to sell them from, applications when you want to choose, and a portal for every exhibitor.
Booth types
Standard, corner, island, food vendor — each with size, price, what’s included, and the passes that come with it.
Instant booking
Exhibitors pick an available booth on the map and pay on the spot. The booth is held while they check out.
Applications
Your own questions, photos and links. Approve, waitlist or decline from one list; approved vendors get a pay link for the booth you assign.
Holds with a deadline
An approved vendor’s booth is held for the days you choose, then released if they don’t pay.
An exhibitor portal
A private link to update their logo, blurb, website and category — what visitors see on the map — and to pay what they owe.
Exhibitor passes
Each booth type issues its own passes, scanned at the door like any ticket.
The exhibitor directory
A searchable list of who’s coming, by category, on your site, with a page per exhibitor.
Premium spots
Give any booth its own price — the one by the entrance, the one with the window.
Floor plan
Draw the hall. Let visitors hover.
A builder for the organizer and an interactive map for everyone else, embedded in your site.
A grid in feet or metres
Draw walls, aisles, stages, restrooms and booths to scale, snapped to a grid you choose.
Your venue drawing underneath
Upload the venue’s PDF or image, line it up with the grid, and trace booths over it.
Booths by type
Every booth belongs to a type, so it carries a price, a colour on the legend and what’s included.
Several halls
A main hall, an outdoor lot, a mezzanine — each its own plan under one event.
Hover cards
Hover or tap a sold booth to see the vendor: logo, name, category, blurb and a link.
Search and filter
Visitors find a vendor by name or category and the map highlights the booth.
Select to buy
Available booths are clickable; exhibitors choose theirs from the same map.
Works on a phone
Pinch, pan and tap in the aisle, on your own domain, no app.
Your website
A site that’s yours, on a domain that’s yours.
Theme it, build the pages, point your domain at it. Buyers never leave; the only trace of us is the footer line.
Themes
Presets to start from, then your colours, fonts, corner radius, buttons and spacing — with a live preview.
Sections
Hero, event details, countdown, tickets, packages, floor plan, exhibitors, sponsors, schedule, speakers, gallery, video, FAQ, testimonials, venue map, contact.
A site and event pages
A home page for your organization with upcoming events, and a landing page per event with its own theme tweaks.
Custom pages
Exhibitor info, travel, sponsorship — any page you need, in the navigation or not.
Your domain
events.yourshow.com for everything, or one domain pinned to one event. Certificates handled.
Your analytics
Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Meta Pixel ids, dropped in without touching code.
SEO and sharing
Titles, descriptions and a social image per page and per event.
Footer only
No Exspedio logo, no upsell, no link to make your own event. One line: “Powered by Exspedio.com”.
Payments
Your Stripe or Square. Your payouts.
Connect the account you already have. Buyers pay it directly, and Exspedio’s fee (2.5% per sale) comes off as an application fee.
Stripe Connect
Onboard in minutes. Charges are made on your account, so statements and receipts carry your name.
Square
Authorize Exspedio against your Square account and choose the location; booth fees and tickets settle with your in-person sales.
Payouts from your processor
On Stripe’s or Square’s schedule, not ours. Nobody holds a reserve until the show is over.
Refunds, full or partial
From the order page, through your processor, with Exspedio’s fee on the refunded amount returned to you.
Orders
Every order with its items, buyer, answers, payment and tickets; search, filter and export.
Fee modes per event
Absorb the fee, add it as a service fee, or pass processing on too. All-in prices shown when the buyer pays.
Any currency your processor supports
Set once on your organization; every event and order follows.
Receipts and tickets by email
From your name and reply-to address, with the QR code attached.
Team & check-in
Bring the people who help.
One organization, many events, the right access for everyone, and a check-in line that moves.
Roles
Owner, Admin, Manager and Staff — from everything including money down to check-in only.
Invitations
Invite by email once payments are connected. No per-seat fee, no limit.
Several organizations
Run a second company from the same login and switch between them.
QR check-in
Scan with any phone’s camera. Each ticket scans once; the count is live for the whole team.
Search by name
When the email didn’t arrive, find the ticket by name or email and check it in.
Attendees
Every ticket holder, filterable by type and status, exportable to CSV.
Two-factor and passkeys
For every account, with recovery codes.
Help from real people
A help desk inside the app; a reply usually within a business day.
A few things people ask
Yes. One organization, one event, no subscription — you pay 2.5% per sale on what sells. The next event is a duplicate away when you’re ready.
Exspedio builds you a site rather than a widget, and you can point a subdomain of your existing site (tickets.yourshow.com) at it so it feels like one site. A link from your current pages gets buyers there.
Not yet. Exspedio sells general admission tickets, packages and booths. Reserved seats for theatres and arenas are a different product.
Orders, attendees and exhibitors export to CSV from their pages, any time.
